System Overview
The YX‑UILS1600 Intelligent Laboratory System is a high-end, intelligent product developed by Youxin Instruments. Building on its expertise in coal‑quality analysis instruments and standardized laboratory management systems, it integrates cutting‑edge modern robotic technologies. The system can replace the labor‑intensive manual operations traditionally required in coal‑quality laboratories, while also enabling fully automated, unattended operation throughout the entire analytical process, thus achieving closed-loop control across the entire workflow.
The system can determine parameters such as calorific value, total sulfur, moisture, ash content, volatile matter, and the contents of carbon, hydrogen, and nitrogen. Its main components include a robotic platform, automated analytical instruments, an automated sample‑bottle handling and sampling unit, an automatic sub‑sampling and weighing unit, an oxygen bomb assembly/disassembly and cleaning unit, an electrical control system, and laboratory analysis and data‑management software.

◎ Employing a floor‑mounted rail‑guided operation, this design significantly expands the robot’s maneuvering space; individual modules can operate independently without interfering with one another, resulting in low latent system failure rates and simplified maintenance.
◎ Intelligent robots replace laboratory analysts in performing analytical tasks, enabling operations such as sample collection, mixing, weighing, spreading, analysis, and crucible recovery. The entire process is conducted without human intervention, eliminating human‑induced variability and ensuring the reliability of test results.
◎ The weighing module features a simple structure and high efficiency, enabling sealed sample weighing to prevent cross-contamination during the process and protect samples from moisture exposure to environmental factors.
◎ Up to 60 samples can be tested in 8 hours, delivering testing efficiency that surpasses traditional manual methods; it supports 24-hour operation, significantly reducing users’ labor costs.
◎ The software system enables the aggregation of laboratory data and process control, with automatic calculation and summarization of results, as well as automated determination of test pass/fail status.
