Shifeng Thermal Power Industrial Park

The Shifeng Thermal‑Power Industrial Park is a foundational industry established by the Shifeng Group as part of its long-term strategic plan, aimed at reducing manufacturing costs, enhancing independent innovation, ensuring a stable supply of thermal and electric power resources, and accelerating the group’s transformation and upgrading. The park houses an Innovation Exhibition Hall showcasing Shifeng’s cutting-edge products, with key exhibits including agricultural vehicles, tractors, engines, combine harvesters, tires, and other traditional offerings. With a total investment of RMB 1 billion, the park boasts an installed capacity of 100,000 kilowatts, generating 720 million kWh of electricity annually and providing heat supply equivalent to 2.7 million tons per year. Grounded in high technology, superior performance, and robust safety, the Shifeng thermal‑power sector places great emphasis on adopting the latest industry advancements. Its circulating fluidized‑bed boilers represent state-of-the-art thermal power generation equipment worldwide, offering significant advantages in environmental protection and energy efficiency. Equipped with electrostatic precipitators and external flue‑gas desulfurization systems, the plant ensures compliance with emission standards. This thermal‑power operation provides strong support for industrial restructuring across sectors such as transportation machinery, synthetic fiber and tire production, agricultural equipment, light commercial vehicles, and electric automobiles, thereby underpinning Shifeng’s efforts to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of its “Five Major Industrial Parks” and to build its “Four Ten‑Billion‑Yuan Industries.”

The Shifeng Thermal Power Industrial Park utilizes the following equipment manufactured by Changsha Youxin Instrument Manufacturing Co., Ltd.:

YX-DL8300 Integrated Sulfur Analyzer

Technical Features

1. Coulometric titration is employed for the determination, with the measurement time automatically adjusted according to the sample type; this method outperforms both the Eschka gravimetric analysis and the high‑temperature combustion–neutralization method.

2. A linear electrolyte concentration acquisition circuit is employed, effectively addressing the issue of electrolyte over‑consumption.

3. Automated temperature ramping, temperature control, sample loading, sample removal, and measurement are all controlled by the software, with results automatically saved and printed, significantly enhancing work efficiency.

4. Employs a PID (Proportional–Integral–Derivative) temperature control algorithm, ensuring precise temperature regulation and rapid heating.

5. It employs a contactless switch and incorporates hardware-based over-temperature protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

6. An innovative multi-point dynamic coefficient correction method is employed to ensure higher accuracy in test results for coals with high, medium, and low sulfur contents.

7. A dual-channel indicator electrode acquisition circuit design is employed to prevent over‑electrolysis and enhance measurement accuracy.

8. Can be integrated with the laboratory management system to ensure that balance data is not stored locally and that test results are backed up and uploaded.

9. It can be used to determine the total sulfur content in samples such as solid hazardous waste.

Quality is the foundation of any enterprise. To enhance product quality, the company has adopted military‑grade aging processes and independently developed MCPC technology, significantly improving product reliability and stability. Among its offerings, the YX‑ZR calorimeter series, the YX‑DL fixed‑sulfur analyzer series, the YX‑GYFX industrial analyzer series, the YX‑CHN carbon–hydrogen–nitrogen elemental analyzer series, the YX‑HRD ash‑fusion‑temperature tester series, and the YX‑WK automatic moisture analyzer series—these coal‑quality testing instruments have all been included in the higher‑vocational‑education textbook “Coal Quality Analysis,” edited by Li Chunyi of Inner Mongolia Chemical Vocational College and published by Beijing Institute of Technology Press, where they are presented in detail as instructional equipment.
